Simplix exists to make compliance feel like a service, not a tax. We keep the client list small, the fees fixed and the work in the hands of senior accountants.
Why we exist
Most small businesses don't need a big firm.
They need someone who answers the phone, knows their business and files on time. Too often, accounting ends up split between a bookkeeper who never sees the tax return, a tax agent who never sees the bank feed, and a founder trying to hold it together at year end.
Simplix was built to close that gap. One practice handles the bookkeeping, GST, payroll and tax filing — with the same accountant reviewing the whole picture. You get fewer handoffs, fewer surprises, and a monthly close you can rely on.
We keep the model deliberately simple: fixed monthly fees, senior people on every account, and technology that does the repetitive work so the advice gets the attention.

Before we start, you'll get a written scope: what's included, what isn't, and the monthly fee. If your transaction volume changes significantly, we'll talk about it before anything is adjusted — never after.
We don't charge for asking a question, and we don't bill by the hour. The point of a fixed fee is that you can pick up the phone.
