This policy explains how Simplix Pte. Ltd. ("Simplix", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

2. What we collect
- Enquiry details — the name, email address, company, phone number, service interest and message you submit through our contact form.
- Client records — information and documents you share with us if we engage you to provide accounting, tax, payroll or secretarial services.
- Technical information — basic server logs such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically by our hosting provider when you visit the site.
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To prepare a quote and, where engaged, to deliver our services.
- To meet our legal, tax and professional record-keeping obligations.
- To maintain the security and performance of this website.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example our website host (Netlify), our email and document providers, and our accounting and payroll software. We may also disclose information where required by law, a court or a regulator such as IRAS or ACRA.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept while the enquiry is active and then for a reasonable period in case of follow-up. If you become a client, we retain records for the period required by professional and tax rules, generally at least five years.
6. Cookies and third parties
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the font files are requested. Our hosting provider may log standard request data. The contact form is processed by Netlify Forms, which stores submissions and forwards them to us.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPA, you can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent to our use of it. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer respond to your enquiry or provide a service. To make a request, email hello@simplix.sg.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold, including access controls and reputable cloud providers. No online transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents by email unless we've agreed a secure channel.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
