The content on this site is general information about accounting, tax, payroll and corporate compliance in Singapore. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice for your situation, and no client relationship is created by reading it or sending an enquiry.
2. Engagements
Our services are provided under a separate written engagement letter that sets out the scope, fees and responsibilities of both parties. Where these terms conflict with an engagement letter, the engagement letter applies.
3. Fees and pricing
Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points and exclude GST and government fees unless stated otherwise. Your final fee is confirmed in writing before work begins.
4. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep information current, but tax rules and filing requirements change. We do not warrant that every page is complete, accurate or up to date, and we may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the site at any time.
5. Intellectual property
The text, design, logo and other content on this site belong to Simplix or are used with permission. You may not copy or republish them for commercial use without our written consent.
6. Third-party links
Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Simplix is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information on this site or from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
